K-PAX

   K-PAX is a nutritional-supplements company with retail distributors across 50 states. Their existing ecommerce website was visually dated. More importantly, it was impossible to update the site with new feature ideas. Their hosted ecommerce solution had reached the limits of its usefulness.

The new K-PAX website creates trust ... but not at the expense of bling. The new site incorporates customized promotion tools, such as a free product upon membership registration. Other features include:

  • Direct ODBC database connection with the client's existing database. It wasn't necessary to leave the legacy system. We built on it.
  • Online wholesale application, with one-click acceptance or rejection and 6 pricing tiers.
  • Recurring billing, including member-management tools for recurring orders.
  • Block-level and WYSIWYG content-management tools. Hot-swappable promotion areas.
  • Customized product-merchandizing and checkout processes. SEO manager.
  • Many other features, including customized reports, blog, "Ask the Expert," and other promotion and conversion tools.

Superior Promos

   SuperiorPromos.com is truly an enterprise-level site, and is one of our most complex ecommerce projects to date. The branded, promotional-items industry requires elaborate customization during product selection, configuration, and checkout. Each product can be customized with unique logos, sizes, colors, printing locations, messages, materials, and other customizations. Highlights of this project include:

  • Design of the new Superior Promos logo, branding guidelines, and high-impact Web design, and printed materials
  • Innovative Ajax tools, rotating product carousel, editable product slideshows, and hot-swappable marketing call-outs and promo areas
  • The application handles over 30,000 products
  • Securely-stored credit card information for easy re-ordering
  • 3rd-party fulfillment-warehouse integration

   When we use the term, "branding," we mean a way to make shoppers notice, remember, trust, and emotionally connect with your business. A successful branding campaign needs to address each of these areas. had an existing "cookie cutter" site that wasn't connecting with its shoppers. We positioned the site as an accessible, friendly, yet modern and well-established brand. The new logo design references the shape of an infant’s cradle, while retaining the elegance of an up-scale logotype.

Champion has grown to become a leading brand at collegiate retailers, resort and hotel retailers, and military channels. Its website is one of the top, high-traffic ecommerce sites in this category. Transform Agency was responsible for creating the branded-goods shopping portal for ChampionCatalog.com, located at Championfanwear.com.
